WHY IS MY RESERVATION PENDING

WE ARE ABLE TO CONFIRM THE MAJORITY OF RESERVATIONS, HOWEVER, SOME RESERVATIONS WILL REQUIRE MANUAL CONFIRMATION. THIS CAN BE DUE TO A VARIETY OF REASONS INCLUDING; THE SIZE OF THE PARTY, THE NUMBER OF RESERVATIONS ALREADY CONFIRMED OR THE DAY YOU ARE TRYING BOOK FOR.

WHEN SHOULD MY RESERVATION BE CONFIRMED

OUR TEAM WILL ALWAYS ENDEAVOUR TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 24 HOURS. IF YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR THE SAME DAY WE WOULD ALWAYS RECOMMEND CALLING THE RESTAURANT DIRECTLY AND SPEAKING WITH A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM WILL ENDEAVOUR ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST.
