RESERVATION POLICY
Please note our reservations diary is open twelve months in advance. Reservations phone lines are open between our normal restaurant opening hours, seven days a week.
AMENDING A RESERVATION
PLEASE CALL THE RESTAURANT DIRECTLY AND SPEAK WITH A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM TO CANCEL OR AMEND ANY RESERVATIONS. WE ARE UNABLE TO AMEND RESERVATIONS VIA EMAIL
TABLE ALLOCATION
We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however, tables are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.
CHILD POLICY
We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking.
BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
WE WELCOME BIRTHDAYS AT PAPA’S FISH & CHIPS.

IT IS RECOMMNEDED THAT YOU NOTIFY THE RESTAURANT MANAGER ON THE DAY THAT A MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY IS CELEBRATING THEIR BIRTHDAY.

IF YOU HAVE RESERVED A TABLE OF 6 OR MORE FULL PAYING ADULTS FOR A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION, THE BIRTHDAY BOY OR GIRL WITH RECEIVE A FREE MEDIUM HADDOCK AND CHIPS. TO REDEEM THIS OFFER OUR TEAM MAY REQUEST PROOF OF BIRTHDAY (IN THE FORM OF PHOTO IDENTIFICATION). THIS OFFER CAN BE REDEEMED UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE OR 7 DAYS AFTER THE RECIPIENT’S BIRTHDAY. THIS OFFER CAN ONLY BE REDEEMED ONCE PER PARTY.

FOR SMALLER PARTIES, WE WILL ALWAYS OFFER A COMPLIMENTARY SLICE OF BIRTHDAY CAKE UPON REQUEST. PLEASE NOTE, THIS CANNOT BE REDEEMED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A FREE BIRTHDAY MEAL.

WE WELCOME OUR GUESTS CELEBRATING THEIR BIRTHDAYS TO BRING THEIR OWN CELEBRATION CAKE – WHICH WE WILL GLADLY STORE AND BRING TO THE TABLE UPON REQUEST.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your VISIT and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.

PRE-PAYMENT
We are unable to process pre-payments/bacs transfers; however, we do offer Gift Vouchers on our website.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant. However, Registered Assistance Dogs are of course welcome.

EACH RESTAURANT IS COMPLIMENTED BY OUTDOOR SEATING WHICH IS SUITABLE FOR GUESTS WHO WISH TO SIT OUTSIDE WITH THEIR DOGS.
